Sorting Your Downloads Folder

The simplest file organisation request that most people start with:

Organise my Downloads folder. Move PDFs to Documents/PDFs/2026,
images to Pictures/2026, zip files to Archives/2026.
For any file with a generic name like download(1), 
rename it using the format YYYY-MM-DD-descriptive-name.
Tell me everything you moved and renamed.
