What This Workflow Produces

From a Typeform submission (title, audience, tone, 5 key points), the pipeline produces: a 1200-1800 word article with proper H2 structure, SEO-optimised meta title and description, a DALL-E generated featured image, the complete draft staged in WordPress ready for human review, and a Slack notification to the content team with the preview link. Total time: under 5 minutes.

The 6-Step Architecture

Step 1: Typeform webhook. Receives the content brief the instant the form is submitted. No polling delay.

Step 2: 4-step prompt chain. Prompt 1 → SEO keyword research and H2 outline. Prompt 2 → expand each H2 into 200-word section. Prompt 3 → write introduction and conclusion. Prompt 4 → SEO optimisation pass with meta title and description.

Step 3: Router. If total word count exceeds 1500 → long-form path with additional formatting. Under 1500 → short-form path with different structure.

Step 4: DALL-E API call. HTTP module calls the OpenAI images API with a prompt derived from the article title and audience. Returns the image URL.

Step 5: WordPress REST API. HTTP module calls your WordPress API. Creates a draft post with the article content, meta fields, and uploads the featured image.

Step 6: Slack notification. Sends the draft preview URL and article title to the content channel. The human review takes 10-15 minutes — total production time for a professional article including research.
